Doesn’t Culturerank Also Give High Scores to Non-Culture Match Sites

I just had a chat with Jon Fernandez, a co-faculty member in the Computer Science Department, on my idea of Culturerank. He noted that it was possible for non-culture marked sites (non-pinoy) sites to get a high culturerank score by hyperlinked (or some criteria we can define later) often by culture-marked sites (pinoy sites).

Well… it is possible. I believe that if a site is frequently linked (or some criteria we can define later) to or from a pinoy site then it is worth being part of the “pinoy” culture because pinoy’s like it so much.

So that is it. This side effect is actually very much welcomed.
