Smart SPCC Patch For Kannel 1.4.0

Kannel is a wonderful piece of open source software that allows easy interfacing with 2G Mobile SMSCs. Here is a patch from Dido Sevilla that would patch Kannel 1.4.0 to support Smart SPCC (Kannel 1.4.0 SPCC Patch). Thanks for the patch Dido.

Here is a SPEC file and a SRPM for Fedora Core 4 (FC4), Fedora Core 5 (FC5) and RedHat Enterprise Linux 4 (RHEL4) building convinience:

    the patch does not handle error 952. although it’s trivial to add that.

    Maybe you can contribute that bit. Although, I personally don’t use Kannel for CP work :-)
