HP to Listen More?
I was just browsing my long list of RSS feeds to read when I bumped into this article on HP Forum article in NetworkWorld. Sadly, I am getting less and less time to read online news … which is bad! Anyway, here is a snippet from the article:
HP president and CEO Mark Hurd, speaking at a user conference Monday in Houston, told customers the company’s goal is to listen to them more and respond to their needs more quickly.
Is part of this listening more related to the boardroom leaks incident at HP? HP promising to listen more in one end and in the other end authorizing listening activities on journalists. I just couldn’t resist. HP should listen to its customers, but … NOT that closely.
