Hey, you are in my home town.
If you drive near the town hall and church of Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, you would’ve passed by my family’s rural bank and grocery. Lifebank and Blue Fields. 
My tito had a very scary, fantastic, and interesting story about a “Lunok” (inhabited tree) near by.
