To Constantly Challenge the Status Quo
While reading the newspaper today, I suddenly encountered an article about a business man whose challenge to his employees was to “look beyond the status quo”. I found that particular phrase interesting enough to blog about. After a few more minutes of thinking, I replaced the words “look beyond” with “challenge” as it would make the statement more powerful. It gives the person professing to this statement an appearance of being pro-active. Of course, it would not be enough to simply to this once. Hence, the word “constantly” must be added. So the final formulation would be “One must be encouraged to Constantly Challenge the Status Quo“.
